简介: 本片的主角是一位生活在夏威夷的小女孩莉萝，莉萝已经5岁了，她活泼可爱，最爱跳夏威夷草裙舞，最爱听猫王老歌，也一直梦想拥有一只属于自己的宠物狗。有一天，莉萝花两元钱领养了一只可怜兮兮的流浪狗，取名为史迪奇，但是她万万没有想到的是，这只长相有点怪异的蓝色动物其实才不是普通的狗，他居然是一个长着六只脚的外星生物！而且是一个“邪恶天才”强霸制造出来的，在被流放到银河系的另一个星球途中，由于飞船意外失事，只能在地球上迫降，于是史迪奇逮到机会溜之大吉。 为了在地球上隐藏身份，史迪奇只能“忍辱偷生”，把自己的两只脚藏起来，让自己看起来像是一只狗，在和莉萝相处的日子里，小女孩的可爱、善良让她和史迪奇成了形影不离的好伙伴。然而另一方面，星际联盟会议长派制造出史迪奇的强霸博士和独眼霹雳立刻全力出动，即使要搜遍宇宙也要将其逮捕归案！后来星际联盟会议长被莉萝与史迪奇之间的爱感动了，把他们留下，并让强霸和独眼霹雳也留了下来。
